When are the demos?
We are offering multiple demo times from Sunday, October 26 through Friday, November 7 to accommodate your schedule in any U.S. time zone. See the sign-up form above to choose a slot that works for you!
Who can join?
This event is designed for ABA clinicians, directors, and clinic leaders who oversee care or operations. If you help run a practice or manage billing, scheduling, or growth — you are in the right place.
How do I get my hoodie?
Simply sign up, attend your demo, and we will ship your “Data-Driven” hoodie straight to you after the session.
What if I already received a hoodie from a conference — can I get another one?
Absolutely! Even if you already grabbed a hoodie at a conference, you can still join a demo and receive another — whether it is for yourself, a teammate, or a friend who has been eyeing one. The more data-driven the community, the better!
What happens during the demo?
You will see how Camber helps clinics reduce denials, collect payments faster, and gain clear visibility into key metrics — all in a 15- to 20-minute live walkthrough with time for questions.
Do I have to attend live to get the hoodie?
Yes — hoodies are our thank-you for showing up live. If you need to reschedule, no problem: we will honor the offer through November 1.
How long will shipping take?
We'll be packing and shipping on Thursday, October 30 to send all hoodies for attendees from October 26–29 demos. You can expect yours to arrive within about one to two weeks.
Can vendors or software partners join?
This campaign is focused on supporting ABA providers and clinics, so we are limiting demos to clinical teams and practice leaders. Thank you for understanding.
